Simply Love Shirts!!

Remember, only 17 days left to order a t-shirt!! Don't miss out! The shirts are unisex, super soft, high quality shirts (think Hollister) and I will send you one for every $25 donation. The shirts will also help remind you to be praying for the orphans in Ethiopia and Uganda.

If you have any questions, please send me a message or give me a call!

E-bay blitz!!

This week, I will be starting another fundraiser. If you have anything that may be "someone else's treasure" and would like to donate that item to me, I will be glad to put it into my ebay sale. Every donated item will go on auction, and the proceeds will go toward the cost of my mission trip. If you live in Fowler, just drop the items at my door or the church. If you live far away, ship it to me and let me know what you paid for shipping and I will reimburse you.

If I raise more than the $3800, all the rest will go directly to the orphanages. I will buy formula, diapers, and anything else they need. So give, give, give!! And more importantly pray, pray, pray for the team and the kids we will be ministering to.

Remember, you can still donate using the chip-in button! If you donate $25 or more I will send you a Simply Love shirt. Every dollar counts, you can't give too little!!

Thanks for your support!!

Thanks for following me!

If you are here, it means you cared enough to click on my link. I will be keeping you up to date on my upcoming trip to Ethiopia/Uganda and be posting prayer requests, updates on my fundraising and any opportunities you have to help me out!

First let me tell you about my trip. I will be leaving for Africa in July. The Uganda portion of this trip will be spent working at Amazima Ministries ( with their feeding program. Also, we will be working with the orphans at Canaan Children's Home in Jinja.

The Ethiopian portion of this trip will be spent working with Kid's Care orphanage, Mother Teresa HIV orphanage, AHope HIV orphanage, children living and working in the dump in Addis and a ministry for street children. There will also be a day of ministry at the Ethiopia Fistula Hospital in Addis.

I am SO excited to be taking this trip! My last trip to Ethiopia was in 2003 when I completed Megin and Tyson's adoption. The 3 week trip was completely consumed by paperwork, running from one office to the next, and more paperwork. I am looking forward to being able to minister to kids in Ethiopia - a place very close to my heart. I know I can't adopt them all, but want to do what I can to help those with little to no chance of adoption.
Jas 1:27 -
Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.
Thanks for joining me on this adventure.
